Acqua News: Shuttle, Rockwell Gate, Construction Update September 2017, Livingstone Amenities

SHUTTLE SERVICE:

Last September 11, 2017, Acqua Private Residences launched it's shuttle service connecting Acqua Private Residences to Rockwell Center, Century City, Greenbelt Mall, SM Makati/Gloretta 5, and Gil Puyat. It only cost P40-60 per trip depending on your destination and trip schedules are during rush hour in the morning and late afternoon/early evening. This is wonderful news for current and future residents and homeowners as Acqua establishes portals to the Central Business District and maximizes it's strategic location. Because this shuttle service has just been newly launch, I believe more trips and maybe even destinations will be added depending on demand.

ROCKWELL GATE:

It is evident at the Acqua Private Residences site that the Rockwell Gate is closer than ever to opening it's Rockwell gate at the end of the Estrella-Pantalleon bridge. You'll notice that the temporary walls to the Rockwell gate have been taken down already, railings to connect the road to the Rockwell gate have been installed and painted, and a pedestrian lane has been painted already. This will open up a whole new convenience in accessing Acqua from Rockwell.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

The basketball court is now painted and the basketball rings are already there. I can see that there are tiling works being done already on the catwalk from the lagoon jogging path. It seems that rocks/flooring are also being installed surrounding the lagoon pool.

LIVINGSTONE TOWER AMENITIES:

It can be accessed already! It doesn't look operational yet but it is getting there! It looks completed already - you'll see the gym, swim up bar and pool, business room, meeting rooms, function room, lounge, etc. in the photos.
