August 2017 Construction Update: Acqua Private Residences

I thought of sharing what Acqua looks like right now, about a month after Century Properties posted the construction update video on their Facebook page. Below is a snippet of the said post:

And the following are photos I took as well as some notes you might find helpful:

You'll notice that the basketball/tennis court appears to have completed flooring works and has now moved onto installation of the enclosure.

Because I pass by the parking area every day, I can see that they are making good progress in building the connecting bridge from the parking to the Pebble.

The gardens of Dettifoss and Livingstone Towers are now planted.

The lagoon pool also seem to be taking good shape - although I don't see tiles being installed yet.

The Pebble structure seem to be the same as a few months back - it's hard to say what truly the progress is as I think most of the remaining works to be completed are being done inside such as electrical and plumbing works.

You will also be delighted to know that signages of Coffee Bean, Army Navy, Four Fingers, etc. have now emerged in Coronado Street.

I hope this helps to know for everyone out there wondering what the construction is looking like these days.

In any case anyone reading this might be needing help in renting or reselling their Acqua unit (or any other residences), please feel free to get in touch. I'll be happy to also share with you what the market rates and turnover period is like these days. :)
